Geoff recently spent two years as CFO and Company Secretary of Victory Offices Limited, a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions, leading the company through an IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange. Prior to this, Geoff spent 8 years as CFO and Company Secretary with Lifestyle Communities Limited, a fast growing ASX listed provider of residential accommodation for over 50’s. Geoff commenced his career with almost 10 years at leading Melbourne-based accounting and business advisory firm, Pitcher Partners. Geoff is experienced in capital and debt raisings along with investor relations, in addition to other CFO and Company Secretarial experience required for an ASX listed entity on a growth journey. Geoff is also a member of the Corporate Governance Institute and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
