In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Imagion Biosystems Limited (the Company) advises that 30,950,569 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company, which are unquoted and subject to escrow restrictions imposed by ASX in accordance with Appendix 9B of the ASX Listing Rules, will be released from escrow on 7 February 2018.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2, the Company will apply for quotation of the shares under an Appendix 3B within 10 business days after the end of the escrow period.
