Imagion Biosystems announces that Ms Jovanka Naumoska has resigned from her position as Company Secretary of Imagion Biosystems, effective today, 8 December 2020. Ms Naumoska wil remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
The Company has appointed Mr. Geoff Hollis as Company Secretary, effective today. Mr. Hollis was recently appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
