Imagion Biosystems Limited (ASX:IBX) is pleased to confirm that the rights the subject of the Company’s Renounceable Rights Issue announced on Wednesday, 25 March 2020, have commenced trading under the ASX code IBXRA on a deferred settlement basis.
Under the Rights Issue timetable the rights trading will end on Thursday, 14 April 2020. The Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Form is expected to be sent to Eligible Shareholders on Wednesday, 1 April 2020.
